Where I started


At my heaviest, I weighed 236lbs (16st 8lbs).

I didn’t know much about fitness. I’d spent the previous few years living on takeaways, gaining relationship break-up weight, and gaming for 8+ hours a day. I felt uncomfortable in my own body and, honestly, pretty bad about it.

I had tried losing weight before (plenty of times) and failed.

When I decided to give it another go, I made every mistake you can think of! From skipping meals, fasted cardio and not eating after a certain time, to fat burners and meal replacement shakes. If you’ve heard of it, I probably tried it.

At the time, I just wanted to lose a few stone and maintain it. Becoming a personal trainer wasn’t even on my radar.

What eventually changed things wasn’t a quick fix.

it was consistency. Some weeks the scale barely moved. Some weeks it didn’t move at all. But I kept going.

Over time, the weight came off. I lost 5 stone in the early stages, and more importantly, training became something I genuinely enjoyed instead of something I forced myself to do.

That journey led me to where I am today — helping people who feel exactly how I once did.

There are no shortcuts. Weight loss is a process, and nutrition plays a huge role. If you’re willing to be consistent and patient, real change is possible.
