​I recently joined a gym having not really exercised much for at least 10 years. After a few weeks of doing my own thing & being a bit clueless about whether my efforts were worthwhile I got in touch. I'm so glad I did; Carl is so friendly, patient, knowledgeable and encouraging, I am sure with his help I will achieve my goals & aspirations. Carl has written 2 training programmes for me which I can alternate between together with a work out that I can do from home if I can't get to the gym. Each programme is illustrated (helping me identify which machine/apparatus I should be on) together with the weight at which I should train, number of reps & sets. If I get stuck or have any issues I know I can contact carl for help. I hope to meet with him on a regular basis for a catch up & review of my programme. If you are thinking about engaging a personal trainer I'd say get in touch with Carl - I certainly have no regrets.
