Definitely recommend personal training to anyone looking to lose weight/tone/get fit/to have someone their to advise and motivate u through your training! I've learnt lots of new exercises and had help with my diet with an easy to follow plan really enjoying circuits which are great to go to for in between sessions. Carl is really approachable & friendly and a good laugh to train with too.
