I genuinely believe that working out and getting fitter is one of the only things in life that absolutely 100% guarantees you get results when you apply effort to the cause.

Things said without understanding my reasons. So here's why......

I remember being younger and looking at my big brother going to the gym all of the time. Sat in my chair playing call of duty whilst he went out at 10pm to get a workout done. Thinking "I can't be bothered with that"

Until I was in a bad enough spot that I KNEW I needed to do something about it. And I did.

When my confidence was low, when I thought that I could never lose all of that weight. But I STARTED.

I had no idea what I was doing. But I made changes and ate healthier. I put the work in every day. And guess what.

The results happened. Because in fitness there's no way you can give 100% and get nothing back.

it gradually became something I fell in love with. Changed my body, my mindset. My confidence.

And honestly shaped me as a person (anyone who's been through such a huge change will understand that line).

I don't know where I'd be if I didn't make the decision to start, but I certainly wouldn't be where I am now. I certainly wouldn't have the mindset I do now. I certainly wouldn't be as driven and motivated about my goals across the board.
